Shipping & Returns

All Shipping
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order. Customer will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-5 business days from ship date for delivery.
Ground Shipping (USA only):
All orders with the ground shipping options selected will be delivered via USPS. The flat rate fee is $4 and will be delivered within 3-5 shipping days.
Expedited and Overnight Shipping (USA only)
All orders received before 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday with the Express or Expedited Shipping option selected are processed the same business day as the payment method is verified, and will be delivered via FedEx or UPS.
Pricing and delivery times for Express and Expedited Shipping is as follows:
  • Expedited (2-3 Business Days): $15 flat rate
  • Overnight (Next Business Day typically delivered by 3:00 pm): $25 flat rate 

InternationaI Shipping: 
All pricing and delivery timeframes for orders shipping to international destinations are automatically calculated using DHL Express services. Calculations are based on weight, size and destination. Pricing is shown at checkout after shipping address is entered.

The customer is responsible for ALL duties and taxes incurred during shipment, which may be required by the courier to release the package. These totals are levied by shipment location's government and are not affiliated or charged by Returned or refused packages will be refunded less any incurred shipment costs and/or unpaid taxes and duties. Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates.

Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received your payment after a few days allowed for processing, please contact us at, and we will help ensure the refund is complete.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size within 30 days of purchase, send us an email at, and we'll be happy to help provide you the best size.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will credit a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We will notify you of when your exchanged item has been shipped, along with tracking information.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
